Automatic Car Washing Machine

Automatic Car Wash Equipment is a Trolley or a Rollover System. The rails are mounted on the car wash bay and the trolley moves on it. Features like Multiple Speeds for car wash operations is a standard feature in all KKE car wash machines using the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). Also, the equipment uses Direct Inline Drive technology for Jerk-free motion and long life of the Geared motors.

Coming to the Sensing technology, as the Automation in any equipment increases, the controller needs to have more sophisticated technology to perform its activities. Sensors play an important role to sense various operations and the location of the car. KKE Wave relies on Ultrasound technology to sense the position and the profile of the car. With the inputs received from not just the Ultrasound sensor but also a gang of other sensors,  the complex algorithm in the Siemens Controller of Wave, a complete map of the current vehicle being washed is made and stored for the entire duration of the wash.
